Let’s Seas the Day
We love cruising for so many reasons! For one we don’t have to drive with carsick kids. Praise! The days on a ships are filled with so many activities, and so much food, and then more food. Hello self serve ice cream cones by the pool! The kids’ favorite is obviously the pool and select ships have a huge splash pad area. The kids got spoiled with that on their first cruise and now it’s pretty much a must have. Some have laser tag, rock walls, mini golf, ice skating, arcade, cupcake decorating, trampolines, etc. The views out on the open ocean are both overwhelming and amazing at the same time. You can feel trapped or you can feel amazed at what is out there to still be explored. Some may stay that they don’t have long enough in each port, but we love getting to visit different places in a short amount of time. We have discovered some places that we would want to go back and spend some extra time there, and others that we don’t really have a desire to go back. Cruising can be a great vacation for families, and even relaxing for parents if you utilize the kids club! Win for both, kids get to play with other kids and you get a moment of peace whether you go to the adults only area or treat yourself to a spa treatment.
